Account Information Setting
If you did not have an online account before, you will need to create an account by simply click “MY ACCOUNT” at the upper right corner of this site , and follow the instructions to register an PinkNext account.
After registered, you will access to “My Dashboard” page. In this page, you can set up and check all of your account’s information. Such as : Password, Billing information, Wishlist, Shipment Status, Newsletter Subscription, etc.

Change Password & Forgotten Password
To change your password, please access to the “MY ACCOUNT” > “My Dashboard” page > “Account Information”, If you have forgotten your password, please go to the “MY ACCOUNT” page and click “Forgot Your Password” > type in your account email address. You will receive an email to reset your password.
Reviewing Your Purchase History & Check Shipment Status
If you want to view your purchase history. Please login to “MY ACCOUNT” in the “My Dashboard” page , click “ My Orders” .
PinkNext sends weekly emails notifying you of trend alerts, limited-time promotions, new product launches and exclusive event invitations.
You can set to auto receive email or unsubscribe in the “Newsletter Subscription” page.
